Overview

The Calibrate program is designed for people who are considered obese with a BMI over 30. This lesson was one of the first of a series introducing members to the process of using the app. Prior to this training, members only had a text version of this lesson making it hard for learners with different learning styles to participate. Once this lesson was released it received a 100% satisfaction score, mainly because this was seen as an enhancement over what existed before.
