Overview

This class was designed for YouTube’s policy moderators throughout the world. As their role required them to understand YT’s policies, this class introduced them to the classifications of violative videos and an overview of how users report videos. Prior to this training, the moderators had to read dense articles on the policies without any instructional supervision. Because of this, we saw a remarkable 73% increase in performance on the moderator exam. We also saw an increase of 25% of accuracy which is partially attributed to training.
